Peregrine
A heritage knitwear brand, made in England since 1796, with a store that finally matches the product.
The brief
Peregrine had the story every brand wants: two centuries of making knitwear in the same English mill. Online, none of it came through. The store looked like a template and sold like one.
We were asked to rebuild the store around the product and the craft, without slowing down a catalogue of more than four hundred products.

Collection pages lead with the cloth, not the discount.
What we did
A new design system built from the mill's archive: real photography, generous type and product pages that explain the yarn, the fit and the care in plain words.
A custom Shopify theme with sections the team can rearrange themselves, size guidance on every product, and a lighter build that loads in under a second and a half on mobile.

It finally feels like walking into the mill. Customers tell us so, and the numbers agree.
